Hello, EU4M friends. First and most, I hope everyone is well and is taking good care of themselves. Greetings from Ecuador, in the middle of the world. I work at UTN (Universidad Técnica del Norte) in Mechatronics career. I would like to introduce you to the W-STEM project, which I'm presently working on at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science. It is about encouraging girls and young women to pursue STEM courses, as well as providing advice throughout the first year of the STEM program. You are invited to participate in the mentorship program if you are interested. What I like most about EU4M is their perseverance. For instance, the EU4M club is working hard to keep on despite these challenging times. Also, I find some interesting is the worldwide network that has been established to share opportunities for finding jobs or master's theses with the collaborated companies and research institutes. It would be interesting to obtain some advice from experts about emerging developments or new trends in Mechatronics. Link W-STEM Project UTN.
